Technical Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology

  1. Handle service requests in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) as 2nd level support
  2. Monitor the device throughout the entire product lifecycle
  3. Analyse and resolve technical problems, including on customer's sites
  4. Conduct technical training courses for technical support staff in EMEA
  5. Provide customer support for application of instrument-specific software
  6. Manage escalations and complaints in cooperation with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters, and suppliers
  7. Prepare and revise technical documentation
  8. Maintain direct communication with the parent company S-Corp in Japan

Qualifications:

  • Degree in medical technology or comparable education
  • Experience in technical support, conceptualising, and conducting training courses
  • Profound expertise in electrical and medical engineering, as well as IT knowledge
  • Strong customer orientation and motivation skills
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and problem-solving skills
