YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Lead Supply Chain AI Transformation: You drive the implementation of predictive models across OEM relationships, vehicle procurement, and vehicle sales to optimize operations and decision‑making.
• Develop AI‑Driven Operating Model: You collaborate with teams to design and execute AI strategy for their area of expertise.
• Identify Strategic Opportunities: You partner with senior leadership to assess operations, identify high‑impact transformation areas, and develop implementation plans jointly with Group PM and Analytics leads.
• Support Commercial Division Growth: You advise department and division leadership on strategic initiatives, focusing on launching new capabilities and business areas.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Ownership: You take full responsibility for your work and thrive in fast‑paced environments where trust and accountability are essential.
• Drive: You embrace technical innovation and enjoy working with data models and LLMs.
• Education: You have SQL and Python / JavaScript / TypeScript skills, and you build solutions efficiently using modern development tools like Cursor.
• Experience: You bring management consulting or startup experience to execute senior leadership and board requests with a structured approach.
• Language: You communicate fluently in German and English.
