Areas of Responsibilities:

• Create, lead, and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee brand management, market research, and product launch strategies.
• Lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, SEO, advertising, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize marketing effectiveness and ensure maximum ROI.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product development to align marketing efforts.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure strategic resource allocation for maximum impact.

Profile of Qualifications:

• Successfully completed a degree in business administration.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in international marketing with in-depth knowledge of marketing standards and processes.
• Strong marketing expertise with a focus on trade marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing operating standards and processes.
• Affinity for lifestyle and design.
• Fluent business English and willingness to travel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and high commitment level.
• Practical mindset with strong networking skills.
