We are market leaders in the areas of photography, film, and CGI, creating new cross-media content used according to the target group in question.
Our headquarters is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.

We are looking for you as Creative Director Photo (m/f/d) for our photo studio in Bremen as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of creative teams for premium & lifestyle clients
• Creative direction of shoots for fashion and non-food (on location + studio)
• Management of the entire creative process from briefing, development of idea boards to final realization and presentation to the client
• Implementation and further development of the premium visual language
• Responsibility for the entire creative process, from conception to the finished images
• Quality management for the creative process

WHAT WE EXPECT

• At least 5 years of agency experience in a creative environment (ideally in the fashion or non-food sector)
• Experience in managing teams
• Fashion and lifestyle affinity
• A keen sense of visual language, tonality, and CI
• Inventiveness and higher-level thinking
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability, resilience
• Confident handling of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs
