Leiter Einkauf (m/f/d) – Stuttgart. Our client, a respected leader in the machinery manufacturing sector, seeks an experienced procurement expert to join as Leiter Einkauf (m/f/d). This is a permanent position based in Stuttgart, with responsibility to manage and drive the procurement function across four European sites. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a dynamic team of 10 professionals and participate in strategic and operational procurement decisions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and mentoring a team of 10 procurement professionals, ensuring collaboration and performance.
• Overseeing the procurement lifecycle, from strategy development to daily operations.
• Managing procurement activities across four European locations.
• Providing key insights and updates directly to the Managing Director.
