HOW YOU CREATE IMPACT

automate our scoring and data analytics to give companies an assessment about their sustainability performance

POSITION KEY FACTS

Scope of the position : full time

Working location : remote hybrid and / or from our Potsdam office main residency : germany (means you should have your main residency in germany but you can work remotely)

Compensation : We have a transparent salary system and share programme in which you will be placed according to your professional experience an adjustment / evaluation takes place after the 6month probationary period

YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a Senior FullStack Engineer to shape our earlystage product and development processes. You will be responsible for building our web application frontend and cloudnative backend incorporating continuous customer feedback data analysis and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development : Build and optimize thefrontendandbackend ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.

DevOps & Automation : ImplementCI / CD pipelines automate infrastructure setup and enhancedeployment processes.

API & System Design : DevelopAPIs create scalableeventdriven systems and integrate thirdparty services.

AI / ML Integration : Support embeddingdata analytics and AI / ML modelsinto the platform.

Collaboration & Code Quality : Work closely with designers for an intuitive UI contribute to knowledge sharing and maintain clean testdriven code.

Recruitment & Culture : Participate in hiring mentor new team members and foster a strong tech culture.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

MustHave Skills :

Data & AI / ML 3 years) : Handson experience withData Analytics Machine Learning NLP and LLMs.

Agile Methodologies : Proficient in Scrum / Kanban for efficient project management.

Modern Web Development : Strong understanding of frameworks libraries and scalable architectures.
