The Company and its Vision

• Along with a great community of industry experts and researchers, our business shares the vision of digital smell recognition. Our innovative and unique electronic nose technology helps our customers to develop product solutions for their own smell detection applications. Our products are the results of the combined efforts of a multidisciplinary team of developers and industry experts with expertise in physics, chemistry, electronics engineering, bioengineering, data science and software development, industrial engineering, marketing and business development. Over the years we have worked together sharing the same vision for smell detection.

The Position

• The CEO has the responsibility to execute the growth ambitions of the company. Key is to set and execute on strategic priorities and accelerate growth by product commercialization and expansion in strategic industrial markets. The CEO executes on the business plan, including its fund raising strategy, and manages relations with current and potential new investors. The CEO together with the present leadership team is based at the premises near Dresden. The CEO reports to the board and shareholders. The CEO will be given the opportunity to purchase shares in the company.

The Ideal Candidate - Experience and Background

• Track-record in developing and growing deep-tech companies from start-up to scale-up to exit stage.
• 10+ years of entrepreneurial experience in an industrial environment and succesful in launching Intermediate products.
• 10+ years of international working experience and extensive network in strong technology characterized industries
• Track-record in international (strategic) selling, partnerships, and deal making with predominantly large industrial corporates.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with venture-backed companies.
• Fluency in business English (German is recommended). Additional languages are a plus.
