Responsibilities:

1. Project Responsibility from A to Z: Lead the implementation of our Celonis projects directly at customer sites—from planning and implementation to successful go-live. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth processes.
2. Develop Innovative GenAI Solutions: Collaborate on our research projects with BMW, Siemens, and Lufthansa. Develop AI-based solutions that become part of our core platform and shape the logistics of tomorrow.
3. Standardization & Productization: Use your project experience to develop repeatable approaches (dashboards, KPIs, automations) and help us continually improve our product offerings.
4. Impactful Analysis: Identify optimization potentials in warehouse, transportation, or supply chain processes and use Celonis to derive data-driven recommendations, which you will implement yourself.
5. Direct Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with our founders (Patrick & Philipp) and top clients. Your ideas and feedback are crucial to our success.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to successfully complete Process Mining projects from start to finish, including data integration, potential identification, and implementation.
• At least 2 years of practical experience with Celonis or comparable tools (e.g., Signavio, MPM, IBM, PathNow, SoftwareAG), especially in implementation.
• Bonus: Logistics understanding of warehouse, transport, or SCM processes.
• Strong technical foundation through practical experience or studies in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering sciences, or related fields.
• Proactive attitude, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and result-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings in DACH and regular presence at our offices in Erlangen/Munich (approx. 25-50%).
• Fluent German (C1+) and good English skills.
