Principal Product Designer – Munich or Berlin (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead end-to-end product experiences in a fast-moving, collaborative B2B team. Work with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers to turn insights into solutions that delight users and drive impact.

• Lead product UX from concept to launch
• Own and shape the design strategy
• Mentor and inspire fellow designers
• Turn research and data into actionable insights
• 7+ years of in-house product design experience
• Passion for UI craft and challenging the status quo
• Experience collaborating across functions and mentoring designers
• Hybrid flexibility (Munich or Berlin, 2 days/week in-office)
