Plan and implement projects with sales partners and users!

Maybe you've heard of cks.DMS and cks.ADC. And if not - no problem.

We'll teach you everything you need to know about our products. The only important thing is that you are familiar with SAP Business One and have already gained project experience.

Your task will be to work with SAP partners and customers to plan and implement the integration and configuration of our add-ons. At the beginning, you will of course be trained by us and you can look over the shoulders of experienced colleagues. Later, you will take on your own projects - always within the scope of your skills and how you feel comfortable.

Your Tasks

• Project management for setting up cks.DIGITAL 4.0 and expanding modules
• Implementation of installations and updates of cks. modules for clients
• Introduction and training of employees in the use of our cks. products for clients
• Support for cks. products in conjunction with SAP Business One
• Receipt, processing and customer-oriented handling of support tickets
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business informatics or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the implementation of projects in merchandise management systems
• High level of understanding of technical software contexts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as reliability
• Solution-oriented thinking and responsible actions
• German language skills (business fluent in spoken and written)
• Knowledge of English for internal and external communication
  
  

Our add-ons are used worldwide, so communication in English is often necessary. A certain knowledge of English is therefore essential. You will learn any technical terms etc. that are still missing through our in-house English courses. A very good knowledge of German is necessary for smooth communication with our partners and users.

The worldwide assignment also requires a certain flexibility in working hours. Although traveling to distant countries is not necessary, due to the time difference it can happen that a project starts very early in the morning or late in the evening. However, you can manage such appointments and your other work from your home office. In principle, you can organize your working hours very flexibly, but coordination with your colleagues is a matter of course. Depending on the distance to our company headquarters in Ibbenbüren (NRW), we can also coordinate attendance days with you.
