We are committed to creating a diverse and dynamic environment for our employees, with generous compensation, time off, and a global, collaborative workplace.

What we offer

  • Mobile working and flexible working time
  • Collaborative, diverse company culture and superior team spirit
  • Flat hierarchies and great feedback culture
  • Development opportunities & career perspective
  • International business & cross‑site collaboration
  • Modern, dog‑friendly offices with nice amenities
  • Company‑paid health insurance, public transportation, lunch vouchers and further benefits

What you'll do

  • Drive execution of the UI/UX roadmap together with the Technical Product Manager UI & Analytics, breaking down the domain roadmap into epics, features, and user stories for the UI & Analytics Competence Center.
  • Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog to balance strategic UI/UX improvements with the short‑term needs and dependencies of product teams.
  • Own the backlog for shared UI components, design system elements, and UX patterns, including clear functional and technical acceptance criteria that reflect performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability.
  • Act as Product Owner in one or more agile Scrum teams, collaborating closely with front‑end engineers in planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, and reviewing implementations against UX concepts and design system guidelines.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and the Technical Product Manager to transform user journeys and UX concepts into implementable, reusable UI patterns and stories across different products and technologies (React, Angular).
  • Improve and maintain documentation, guidelines, and enablement materials for the design system and UI platform, and support knowledge sharing to increase UI/UX platform competence across the organization.
  • Align regularly with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand their needs, promote the use of shared UI capabilities, support migration from legacy implementations, and use feedback and analytics to refine the backlog.

What you'll need

  • Degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience as a Software Engineer / Developer (ideally front‑end) and subsequent experience as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar in complex enterprise or B2B environments.
  • Strong experience with agile methods, sprint planning, backlog management, and working as Product Owner in Scrum teams, including the ability to transform strategic direction and UX concepts into structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and UX patterns, as well as an appreciation for UX quality, usability, and accessibility and how to reflect these aspects in backlog items.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; you can quickly grasp complex domain topics and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) and a proactive, hands‑on attitude: you enjoy digging into details, supporting the team, and seeing features through to completion.
