Senior Product Manager Returns (m/f/d) Job Details | MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group

Your Tasks

• Define and execute the product vision for returns management, aligning with enterprise OKRs and sustainability goals.
• Own the end-to-end reverse logistics strategy, encompassing returns initiation, processing, refurbishment, and resupply workflows.
• Drive roadmap planning for a product ecosystem spanning customer-facing interfaces, warehouse systems, and supplier integrations.
• Mentor a team of product managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering, and business units.
• Guide product development from conception through launch and beyond.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product direction.
• Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives across the portfolios.

Your Profile

• Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Informatics or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence).
• Proven track record in product management with scaled agile organizations, preferably in omni-channel retail environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time.
