About the Company

Backed by leading investors and enjoying rapid growth, our client operates at the forefront of FinTech . With a product already live in several key markets, they’re expanding rapidly and need a technology leader who can balance innovation with execution.

The Role

As CTO, you will:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional engineering and product team.

• Own the company’s technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Make strategic decisions on system architecture, infrastructure, and scalability.

• Champion best practices in software development, security, and DevOps.

• Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other C-level stakeholders to shape the company’s future.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role within a scaling tech environment.

• Strong technical background (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science) and hands-on experience with scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.).

• Passionate about building high-performance engineering cultures and scalable platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

• Ideally fluent in English and German
