Application Support Specialist (m/w/d) Ivalua | Remote

To strengthen our client’s procurement team, we are looking for you as an Application Support Specialist – Ivalua (m/f/d). You will support supplier onboarding, registration, and qualification processes in Ivalua, assist buyers and suppliers with SRM and sourcing workflows, and ensure smooth access to RFx and system functionalities. In addition, you will serve as a point of contact for system-related questions, coordinate with internal departments, troubleshoot issues, and support projects in process optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• Manage supplier onboarding, registration, and qualification in Ivalua, ensuring accurate data and complete documentation
• Provide system access support for suppliers and buyers, including login creation, password resets, RFx access, and task delegation
• Assist suppliers and buyers throughout SRM and sourcing processes, including tender participation, offer submission, questionnaire completion, and document uploads
• Coordinate with internal departments (Rating Hub, ESG, HSSE, Compliance) to ensure smooth workflows and elevate issues when necessary
• Troubleshoot incoming issues, perform data quality checks, and maintain accurate records to support ticket creation and resolution
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and proposing enhancements to system usage and workflows

Deine Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, or sourcing processes is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Ivalua or similar procurement/SRM systems is a must
• Strong IT troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of system configuration
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
