Reporting to the Germany GM, based remotely in the country and visiting with industrial customers and associates two days a week, the Senior Sales Manager will hold revenue and profit margin responsibility for our industrial business in Germany, leading a commercial group of 25 sales associates. The jobholder will develop and execute transformative growth strategies and customer plans that leverage Hach’s strong business and technology foundation, provide inspirational leadership, accelerate sales growth, embrace lean methodology, provide accurate forecasting and reporting, help leaders spot new opportunities, and enhance profitability and market share.
