We are delighted to present an opportunity for a long‑standing client who is seeking a Legal Counsel to reinforce their team. Our client is a PFS located in [city], with approximately 50 collaborators, primarily serving investment funds as well as commercial companies.

Your Responsibilities

• You will participate in various meetings to provide your legal analysis and advise colleagues and clients.
• You will be involved in the management of a team composed of Corporate Officers.
• You will work on the legal aspects of alternative investment funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
• You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and templates.

Profile and Career Path

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in investment fund law within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in both French and English, which is essential for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You have a solid knowledge of alternative investment fund vehicles.
• You are familiar with management and review responsibilities. While previous experience as a formal manager is not required, the position will require you to be pedagogical and support junior team members.
• You are proactive and rigorous, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
