Your Responsibilities
- You will participate in various meetings to provide your legal analysis and advise colleagues and clients.
- You will be involved in the management of a team composed of Corporate Officers.
- You will work on the legal aspects of alternative investment funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
- You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and templates.
Profile and Career Path
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in investment fund law within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in both French and English, which is essential for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a solid knowledge of alternative investment fund vehicles.
- You are familiar with management and review responsibilities. While previous experience as a formal manager is not required, the position will require you to be pedagogical and support junior team members.
- You are proactive and rigorous, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
