In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

As Senior Manager Giftcard, you shape and take ownership of our international gift card ecosystem – from strategic development to operational implementation in the countries. With your broad area of responsibility, you combine conceptual work with hands‑on execution, ensuring that our initiatives are successfully rolled out across all markets. In this role, you collaborate closely with departments such as Tech, Marketing, Retail Operations and Finance, as well as with our country organizations, driving the continuous development of our omnichannel offerings.

• Take commercial responsibility for the development of the international gift card business – including revenue and budget ownership
• Design cross‑channel campaigns and always‑on initiatives to drive growth of our digital and physical gift cards
• Identify new opportunities in digital gifting, wallet integrations, and technological innovations
• Manage strategic partnerships with external partners and platforms
• Act as the interface to country teams and coordinate international initiatives in the gift card segment
• Analyze performance KPIs, develop dashboards, and derive data‑driven optimization measures
• Actively support the further development of our loyalty and payment offerings through close collaboration with adjacent teams

YOUR SKILLS

• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3–5 years with direct responsibility for gift cards, loyalty, or digital payment solutions
• Strong commercial acumen, particularly regarding pricing strategy, budget management, and P&L ownership
• Solid understanding of omnichannel customer journeys – from point‑of‑sale to app, wallet, and CRM
• Proven project management expertise, covering the full cycle from concept to planning and successful execution
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in working with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Comfortable operating within a matrix organization with international stakeholders
• Fluency in English, with very good German skills considered a plus
