Location: Munich - Hybrid (predominantly remote 70/30)

What You Will Do

• Act as the central interface for SAP communication, connecting SAP module administrators, IT teams, specialist departments, and external partners.
• Drive the further development of our SAP system landscape, with a focus on S/4HANA and CAR.
• Plan and coordinate technical maintenance measures such as system copies, upgrades, and updates.
• Work with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) and SAP Cloud ALM, contributing to their continuous improvement.
• Monitor the technical operation of our SAP systems, proactively identify anomalies, and coordinate their resolution.
• Support the introduction of innovative solutions in the SAP BTP environment and help develop initial use cases.
• Ensure compliance by implementing technical security measures.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for system landscapes, processes, and changes.

Key requirements

• You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring at least five years of experience in SAP administration and maintenance, ideally including SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM.
• You have solid knowledge of SAP system architecture, operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases, and networks.
• You are confident working with S/4HANA, SAP CAR, and tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• You have hands-on experience implementing SAP security measures and ensuring compliance.
• You are experienced in planning and executing upgrades, patches, and releases.
• You work independently, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset – even in complex system landscapes.
• You are skilled at analyzing technical issues and resolving them efficiently.
• You create documentation that is precise, practical, and easy to understand.
• You thrive in a team environment, communicating openly and collaborating at eye level.
• You speak German fluently and have strong English skills, both written and spoken.
