Shop Manager role at Capi. Capi operates more than 60 stores at airports across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. We offer two leading concepts: Capi, the electronics specialist with top brands such as Apple, JBL, Bose, and Philips; and a multi-category duty-free concept offering perfumes, cosmetics, liquor, travel accessories, local products, and baked goods. Responsibilities

• You lead one store and, together with your sales team, ensure that goals are achieved, including creating an attractive and representative store.
• You ensure quantitative and qualitative staffing of the store to maximize sales.
• You provide the right guidance to your team and ensure that all procedures are properly followed.
• You spend most of your time on the shop floor, managing your team and engaging with travelers.
• You remain aware of everything happening in the store by maintaining an overview of daily operations and coordinating with Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing; and you work closely with the Store Supervisor.

Qualifications

• HBO level thinking and working
• Experience managing large teams (>20) and other managers
• At least 3–5 years of experience in retail (e.g., Supervisor, Team Leader, or (Assistant) Shop Manager)
• Fluent in German and English
• Hands-on manager
• Creative and solution-oriented
• Ability to collaborate with head office departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, and Logistics
• Flexible: available Monday to Sunday and able to reach Bremen Airport early in the morning or late at night by bike, car, or public transport. Opening hours are 05:00–22:00.
