Ihre Aufgaben:

• Beratung von Geschäftsleitung und Führungskräften in allen Fragen der Führungskräfteentwicklung und Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen

• Strategische Steuerung des Recruitings, Sicherstellung einer optimalen Candidate Experience und Einsatz innovativer Methoden zur Gewinnung von Top-Talenten

• Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams sowie Schaffung eines leistungsstarken, innovationsfreundlichen Umfelds

• Entwicklung und Implementierung moderner Konzepte zur Führungskräfteauswahl und -entwicklung, inklusive praxisnaher Programme, Tools und GAP-Analysen

• Aufbau und Pflege eines starken internen und externen Netzwerks zur Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke und zur Positionierung als attraktiver Arbeitgeber

• Definition und Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen, um Prozesse und Methoden datenbasiert zu optimieren und langfristig Mehrwert zu schaffen

• Beobachtung von Trends und Umsetzung digitaler, zukunftsorientierter HR-Maßnahmen in Führungskräfteentwicklung und Recruiting

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftspsychologie, Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung heterogener Teams sowie souveränes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen

• Fundierte Expertise in Personalentwicklung, ergänzt durch Erfahrungen im strategischen Recruiting

• Kenntnisse in methodischen Konzepten (z. B. Kompetenzmodelle, Assessments); erste Coaching-Erfahrungen wünschenswert

• Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken, Belastbarkeit, Kostenbewusstsein und Umsetzungsstärke
