Overview

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position – z.B. als IT-Projektmanager:in, technische:r Berater:in oder Softwareentwickler:in.
• Verständnis für technische Schnittstellen, API-basierte Datenflüsse, ERP-Systeme oder Cloud-Infrastrukturen.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im SaaS-Umfeld oder in der Bauwirtschaft – gerne auch in Start-ups oder dynamischen Wachstumsfeldern.
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einem Blick für technische Machbarkeit und Prozessoptimierung.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1); Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
• Wohnsitz in erreichbarer Nähe zu unserem Standort in München sowie Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Präsenz vor Ort (2–3 Tage/Woche).

• Du verantwortest die technische Integration von externen Systemen und Datenquellen in unsere Plattform 5 in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partner:innen.
• Du w e4hlst geeignete dcbertragungsformate und Integrationsmethoden basierend auf den technischen Voraussetzungen unserer Partnerunternehmen.
• Du erstellst technische Spezifikationen f fcr Backend- oder AI-Teams 1 kleinere L f6sungen kannst du auch selbstst e4ndig umsetzen.
• Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Entwickler:innen und ggf. externen Ressourcen.
• Du f fchrst Qualitätssicherungen durch  mit echten Testdaten und dem Ziel, eine reibungslose dcbergabe an Betrieb und Support zu gew e4hren.
• Du dokumentierst deine L f6sungen nachvollziehbar und sorgst f fcr eine saubere Ablage aller relevanten Informationen.
• Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Integrationsprozesse mit cber gemeinsam mit unseren Product- mp; Engineering-Teams.

VESTIGAS was born out of the founders' deep-rooted experience in the construction sector, where they observed the low level of digitalization of supply chains in this industry for > 5 years. Building on this insight, the founders set up their own consultancy, which focused exclusively on the construction sector for five years. Based on their expertise, they initiated a scientific project within their alma mater at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), in collaboration with seven industry partners. This project led to the development of a prototype for VESTIGAS - and we are still grateful for the incredibly feedback of the industry to it.

Vision and Ambitions: What began as a concept to digitize delivery notes evolved into a grander vision: VESTIGAS envisioned transforming the entire construction supply chain into a digital, automated, and transparent ecosystem. The result was the creation of a groundbreaking Supply Chain Operating System for Construction, connecting all stakeholders within the construction supply chain. VESTIGAS developed an independent, open cloud platform, allowing seamless integration through APIs. This open system concept enables any application or frontend, whether developed by VESTIGAS or third parties, to interact with every part of the system.

Milestones and Achievements: By 2024, VESTIGAS is processing thousands of deliveries daily with a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) exceeding €30 million per month. The platform welcomed 10 of the top 20 construction companies and 14 of the top 20 suppliers in the DACH region already. We are supporting the biggest construction projects in Germany (e.g. like the 2nd Stammstrecke München) and as a result, our team has almost doubled in the last year. We have raised a seven figure funding round and are the winner of awards such as the Bundesaward f cr Digitale Innovationen and the German Proptech Award.

Tech Stack: Our backend is mostly built on Python, a microservice architecture and Couchbase as our core database. In our WebApp we utilize React, while our mobile app is built on Flutter.

Team: VESTIGAS was founded by Julian & Paul (built a consultancy in the construction industry and before that, consulted for firms such as Audi, Microsoft and T-Systems), Nicolas (first employee at Applied AI of UnternehmerTUM and AI expert) and Yannick (IT-Security specialist and previously at Flixbus and Celonis). We are now 40 in the team and range from construction industry veterans over sales pros to our incredible techies, who build the backbone of what we do.
