Senior Fullstack Developer / Engineer – Python, React, TypeScript (NLP + ESG)

We are building a digital platform for change agents and companies that combines the pillars of data, knowledge transfer, and people. Our platform hosts over 3,200 company profiles and 1,000 sustainability solutions, and we continually grow as a start‑up.

Location & Residency
This role requires your main residency to be in Berlin/Brandenburg. You may work hybrid/remote, but your address must be in Berlin/Brandenburg.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain the front‑end and cloud‑native back‑end of our web application.
• Design scalable, event‑driven APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure setup.
• Embed data analytics and AI/ML models into the platform.
• Collaborate closely with designers, mentors new team members, and contribute to a strong tech culture.
• Participate in hiring and help shape our tech strategy.

Must‑Have Skills:

• 6+ years of full‑stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript/React (front‑end) and Python (back‑end).
• 3+ years in data analytics, machine learning, NLP, or LLMs.
• Proficiency in Scrum/Kanban and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong test‑driven development mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote‑first team.
• Leadership potential and experience in early‑stage environments.
• Fluent English.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills:

• Advanced CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
• REST, GraphQL, and event‑driven architecture experience.
• AWS serverless development (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Community engagement and a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Impact‑oriented mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
