About this role
We are seeking a Senior Change & Digital Adoption Consultant (f/m/d) with deep experience in leading organizational, behavioural and digital transformation in complex IT programmes. You will act as a strategic advisor to IT leadership and business stakeholders, bridging the gap between technology, people and processes to drive true adoption and measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Change & Digital Adoption Leadership
Lead and apply end‑to‑end change management and digital adoption approaches for large‑scale IT implementations – from concept to sustainability.
- Training & Enablement
Design training and digital adoption journeys, facilitate workshops and training sessions, coach leadership, and lead train‑the‑trainer activities to scale across the company.
- PMO & Project Management
Lead or support PMO functions: planning, roadmap development, milestone tracking, reporting, risk and dependency management; ensure alignment across IT, business and change/digital adoption streams; guide structured delivery in agile, waterfall or hybrid environments.
Qualifications
- University degree in psychology, business, IT or a related field and a proven track record of managing sustainable IT transformations.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies for complex digital technology projects.
- Solid consulting skills from problem‑solving and customer orientation to deep organisation and planning skills.
- Experience in PMO or project management in IT environments.
- Proven senior stakeholder management skills, including IT leadership and program sponsors.
- Strong facilitation and enablement capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
