Your tasks

• Review of corporate income tax, trade tax and VAT returns
• Review of technical assessments with regard to VAT and income tax
• Preparation of memoranda, presentations and other technical assessments as well as tax audits of contracts
• Review of tax calculations
• Preparation, support and follow-up of tax audits, including data provision and statements
• Preparation of drafts for appeals
• Tax structuring of projects
• Preparation of contract reviews with a focus on tax clauses

Your profile

• Completed commercial training as a tax clerk, ideally with further training as a tax specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Sound specialist knowledge in the areas of taxes, HGB, IFRS and tax compliance
• Good written and spoken German language skills
• Conscientious and independent way of working
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills
