We are looking for a Trade Finance Advisory Manager (f/m/d) to join our team at Innomotics.

Your future role

• Within the Innomotics Finance and Treasury Team you take care of trade finance advisory tasks.
• You are responsible for the management of bank guarantees, corporate guarantees, surety bonds, letters of credit, etc. requested throughout the Innomotics group. This also encompasses the continuous monitoring of the global trade finance portfolio as well as the developments in the markets and regulatory requirements.
• You oversee the end-to-end guarantee management process, working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Accounting, Legal, and other relevant departments.
• The management of financial partners (mainly banks) and our external service providers is also part of your daily work.
• You actively work on developments / innovations regarding strategy, processes and applications.
• You act as advisor, first point of contact and center of expertise for Innomotics companies regarding appropriate security trade finance instruments fostering proper, efficient and holistic management decisions.
• You closely collaborate with the other Innomotics Finance and Treasury teams, mainly with Cash Management & Operations as well as Corporate Finance Management.

Your profile

• You hold a university degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field, ideally complemented by an additional finance-related qualification (e.g., CFA).
• You have 6–10 years of experience in guarantees and surety bonds, ideally in a mid-size international environment, with a proven track record of optimizing trade financing operations.
• You bring expertise in digitalization and automation of trade finance processes and have hands-on experience with guarantee tools and digital solutions.
• You are well-versed in various methods of guarantee processing, including centralized handling, direct and indirect issuances, claims management, fee tracking, and reporting—contributing to efficiency and innovation.
• You demonstrate strong proficiency in tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI), enabling data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Strong networking, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
• You are analytical, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently in fast-paced environments.
• International experience and fluency in German and English are required for seamless collaboration across global teams.
