Your Mission as VP SAP EWM

You will take full ownership of NAV IT’s SAP EWM practice, defining its strategy, growth, and delivery excellence:

• Strategic Practice Leadership: Build, scale, and strategically shape the SAP EWM practice with a focus on quality, profitability, and client impact.
• Innovation & Standards: Define service offerings, delivery standards, and capability roadmap that advance digital transformation for enterprise clients.
• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing onshore and offshore teams.
• Project Excellence: Stay hands‑on in architecture, design, and critical phases while steering strategic projects.
• C‑Level Advisory & Escalation: Advise and escape on complex SAP EWM and logistics transformations.
• Business Development: Support presales, deal shaping, and collaborate closely with SAP and enterprise clients.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in SAP EWM (implementation, rollout, transformation)
• Strong functional expertise in warehouse and logistics processes
• Proven experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams
• Fluent in German (mandatory) and English
• Confident engaging with management and C‑level executives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, leadership, and strategic vision
• Passion for building and shaping practices with lasting impact
