Head of Aesthetic Division / Business Unit (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth: Define and execute a growth strategy for the aesthetic devices portfolio, align with global and regional corporate goals, identify and penetrate high‑potential markets and segments, and launch new product categories within medical aesthetics. Drive product‑life‑cycle and portfolio strategies, including new product launches, enhancements, and end‑of‑life transitions.
Commercial Management: Lead the sales and marketing strategy to grow revenue, market share, and brand equity. Drive pricing strategies, channel development, and customer acquisition models. Establish partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinics, and distribution partners.
Operational Excellence: Ensure cross‑functional coordination across regulatory, clinical affairs, quality and supply chain. Monitor competitive activity and deliver rapid, strategic responses to market shifts. Maintain compliance with medical device regulations (FDA, CE, MDR) and company SOPs.
Financial Oversight: Own the business‑unit financial EFed, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization. Manage capital allocation, operating costs, and ROI for all initiatives.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high‑performing team including sales and product managers. Foster a results‑oriented and compliant culture focused on excellence, innovation, and customer value.
What Sets You Apart
Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the medical device industry, with at least 5 years in aesthetic, dermatological or energy‑based device markets
Deep understanding of clinical workflows, customer needs (physicians, aestheticians, patients) and the competitive landscape
Demonstrated success in launching new technologies and driving commercial scale‑up
Strong knowledge of regulatory pathways (FDA 510(k), CE, MDR) and clinical evidence generation
Experience working with physician networks, clinics and/or distributors in the aesthetic industry
Hands‑on mentality with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
Fluent in German and English
