Medical Science Liaison - South Germany and Austria

With state‑of‑the‑art biomaterials, we produce innovative medical products targeting structural imbalances associated with aging. CE certified in 2021, our product JULÄINE™ stimulates natural collagen production in the skin, positioning the company for growth in the aesthetic dermatology market.

We are expanding across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies and seek a Medical Science Liaison to strengthen relationships with key medical experts in Southern Germany and Austria.

Responsibilities

In close collaboration with the Head of Medical Affairs for DACH, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs.
  • Lead scientific discussions with KOLs and HCPs, sharing relevant literature and increasing product awareness.
  • Gather medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive product education and medical‑scientific information.
  • Support Key Account Managers in identifying and engaging influential experts, and support clinical trials while ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science in the aesthetics or dermatology field.
  • Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field‑based role, collaborating within both the medical and commercial organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical development processes.
  • Fluency in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Other Information

This is a field‑based role requiring a willingness to travel nationally up to 75% of the time, including participation in international Medical Affairs meetings, congresses, and team gatherings.

Regions to cover: Baden‑Württemberg, Bayern, Rheinland‑Pfalz, Saarland, and Austria.
