We are expanding across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies and seek a Medical Science Liaison to strengthen relationships with key medical experts in Southern Germany and Austria.
Responsibilities
In close collaboration with the Head of Medical Affairs for DACH, you will:
- Build and maintain strong peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs.
- Lead scientific discussions with KOLs and HCPs, sharing relevant literature and increasing product awareness.
- Gather medical insights from HCPs to identify local needs and shape strategies with actionable tactics.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product education and medical‑scientific information.
- Support Key Account Managers in identifying and engaging influential experts, and support clinical trials while ensuring compliance with local regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Science in the aesthetics or dermatology field.
- Expertise in developing and delivering medical training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to operate compliantly in a field‑based role, collaborating within both the medical and commercial organizations.
- Strong knowledge of clinical development processes.
- Fluency in English and German with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Other Information
This is a field‑based role requiring a willingness to travel nationally up to 75% of the time, including participation in international Medical Affairs meetings, congresses, and team gatherings.
Regions to cover: Baden‑Württemberg, Bayern, Rheinland‑Pfalz, Saarland, and Austria.
