Data Analyst

I'm hiring a 100% Remote Data Analyst for an InsurTech SaaS. Offices in Stuttgart but can work remotely from Germany.

Good to have:

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable position
• Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Passioned to work into a business model and insurance sector
• Expertise in the use of BI tools, ideally Power BI
• Confident handling of SQL (MySQL or T-SQL) and experience with Python or R
• Basic knowledge of data modeling (relational, multidimensional, object-oriented) and previous experience in the use of databases
• Ideally, previous experience in the insurance or financial sector
• Experience in agile project management

The job:

• Management and implementation of business intelligence projects with a lot of personal responsibility
• Further development of the infrastructure in Azure Cloud (PostgreSQL, Data Factory, Databricks>
• Exploratory analysis with SQL and/or Python of data on the subject of insurance
• Operation and monitoring of existing analyses in Power BI, as well as provision of new analyses and corresponding data sources in the existing infrastructure
• Interdisciplinary field of activity: Analysis of internal/external data in coordination with management and departments as well as the final implementation of solutions with the support of our IT team
