This is a unique career opportunity for an internationally minded HR Business Partner:

Join our HR team with a focus on our growing IT teams. This role is ideal if you enjoy providing HR services to staff, managers, and top management as an HR Senior Business Partner. You will handle daily operational HR work and contribute to strategic initiatives such as staffing, organizational change, and HR process optimization.

You will collaborate closely with our HR specialists (Recruiting, Learning, Controlling, Compensation & Benefits, Admin & Payroll) and support these areas.

Your Skills

• Sound understanding of German employment law and experience managing relations with staff representatives (ideally German works council), combined with international HR experience.
• Several years of hands-on HR generalist experience are preferred. We are also open to candidates with specialized HR expertise who can quickly take on generalist responsibilities as part of their growth.
• Passion for working in a multicultural environment where English is the key language for collaboration with colleagues from Europe, Asia, Australia, and the US.
