Unity AG is seeking a Consultant for ERP Transformation at all levels. Join us to help shape the future of IT consulting by:

• Designing holistic end-to-end processes for our clients
• Planning and executing transformation paths
• Implementing these in operational workflows in collaboration with clients

As part of our ERP Transformation team, you will:

What to Expect

• Lead complex projects implementing and optimizing ERP, E2E, and/or MES systems
• Manage and coordinate medium to large projects through all phases
• Analyze and optimize clients' business processes regarding digitalization, automation, and integration
• Identify opportunities for new technology applications to meet current and future needs
• Senior Level: Lead transformation projects, coordinate teams, and coach clients

Your Qualifications

• Willingness, ambition, and experience in handling complex tasks in ERP implementation, IT project management, and future IT
• Must-have: Several years of experience managing complex IT projects in industry or consulting
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and optimization
• Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or MES systems
• Project management expertise (classical/agile)
• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Production Engineering, or similar technical/business field
• Analytical skills, creativity, and implementation strength

Nice-to-Have

• Enjoyment in thinking ahead, creativity, and working with people
• Broad perspective on people, organizations, processes, and tools

Additional Skills for Success

• Strong communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
