Your Duties

• Development and maintenance of frontend and backend components, ensuring robust and efficient architecture.
• Ensuring optimal performance, security, accessibility, and scalability of applications.
• Contribution to high-level architectural decisions and definition of overall technical strategy for components.
• Provision of guidance, support, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Assistance in skill development and promotion of a culture of continuous learning within the team.
• Resolution of complex technical challenges and efficient troubleshooting, including root cause identification.
• Collaboration with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement project requirements.
• Establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
• Monitoring of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to leverage modern approaches.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field of study.
• 5+ years of proven experience in fullstack development, with a strong track record of delivering complex software projects.
• Expert knowledge in Java 17, Spring Boot 3, and REST is a must.
• Proficiency in Angular 16+ and TypeScript.
• High-level understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical issues.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• English is a must – German is a plus.
• German residency and work permit.
