What you'll do

We are seeking a senior full stack developer (f/m/d) with expertise in both frontend (Angular, CSS, HTML) and backend (Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, TypeOrm, Kafka, PostgreSQL). Experience with LLM frameworks and agentic concepts is also required. You will join our SAP Labs Berlin team working on SAP Build Joule Studio, developing AI LLM agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. Deployment, support, and observability are managed via GitHub, Jenkins, Dynatrace, and Kibana.

As a Joule Studio engineer (f/m/d), your activities will include:

Leading functional and technical elaboration with UX and architects,
Leading frontend and backend development,
Supporting AI prompts for agent generation,
Managing build and deployment processes,
Monitoring performance and reliability issues in production,
Supporting, operating, and monitoring frontend applications and backend services,
Providing team guidance and mentorship.

What you bring

Proficiency in both frontend and backend development based on project needs,
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM frameworks with agentic concepts,
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins,
Knowledge of Cloud Foundry is a plus,
Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
Strong team spirit, quick learner, autonomous, rigorous, adaptable to new technologies.
