What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, integrate, and implement novel test solutions on high-performance systems.
• Work hands-on with testers and device-specific programs to ensure precision and performance.
• Write and adapt test programs using Java, C++, and relevant scripting languages.
• Engage directly with global customers (<20% travel) to support prototypes, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with universities and internal teams to bring early-stage ideas into functioning solutions.
• Present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from engineers to senior stakeholders.

What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in semiconductor testing (ATE systems).
• Strong knowledge of digital and/or analog device testing methods.
• Proficiency in test program development and integration with boundary systems (e.g., EDA tools, hardware interfaces).
• Solid coding skills in Java, Python, or C++.
• Curiosity, problem-solving drive, and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
