Area of Responsibilities :

As Head of HR DACH with a focus on Germany, you will work closely with local and cluster management teams to support the profitable growth of the business by attracting, retaining, and developing talent.

• Located in Frankfurt, Germany, with primary responsibility as HR manager of Biocon Biologics Germany.
• Head of HR for DACH Region (focus Germany) – responsibility for over 60 employees.
• Experience within a start-up environment, coordinating different stakeholders and processes simultaneously.
• Open to leading the setup and development/improvement of existing HR processes/systems.
• Work closely with management teams to support business growth.
• Design, develop, and monitor initiatives to attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing all talent management processes.
• Collaborate with Global Total Reward to ensure competitive compensation and benefits.
• Support local management in strategic projects and contribute to global HR strategy development.
• Coordinate with the regional Legal Team to ensure timely implementation of changes in local labor and social law.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Coordinate with the local Working Council.

The Head of HR DACH will be part of the local and cluster management teams, reporting to the HR Lead Europe and Emerging Markets, and working closely with the Global HR Team.

• In-depth knowledge of local labor law, experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and previous experience with the Works Council are essential.

• Successful track record of HR projects.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience in a multicultural and matrix environment.
• Experience in Biopharma is advantageous.
