Marketing Communications & Social Media Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Communications & Social Media Manager who’s passionate about storytelling, community-building, and turning brand moments into scroll-stopping content. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing and evolving our social media presence across channels—shaping how the world sees and engages with Auterion.
You’ll own the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy, from planning and scheduling to content creation (films interviews, articles), posting and reporting. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves translating complex tech into engaging content, and knows how to spark meaningful conversations online, we’d love to meet you.
This role will work closely with the broader marketing team—including product marketing, design, and Partnerships—to amplify our message and grow our reach across key audiences.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute the communications & social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube. Support on press releases and any communication assets.
- Develop and own the content calendar and production: plan, write, produce, schedule, and publish articles and posts that align with product releases, company news, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Specialist and broader Marketing Team to align messaging and support GTM campaigns.
- Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and on-brand voice.
- Work with design and video teams to develop visual content—graphics, videos, reels, and animations.
- Work with bloggers and influencers in a close relationship.
- Track performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting on engagement, growth, and insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities to test new formats or platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in PR, social media marketing or digital content creation.
- Strong writing skills with a knack for adapting voice and tone to fit different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or native platforms).
- prior work experiences with social media and social bloggers / influencers.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Comfortable interpreting data to inform content strategy.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with tech, SaaS, or drone/robotics companies is a bonus—but not required.
