What you'll do

• With your senior skill set, you design and implement technical and process-level solutions in transportation and freight management, leveraging SAP Logistics products (SAP SD/LE, SAP TM) or Non-SAP solutions.
• You steer the development process of SAP solutions and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery across all phases of development.
• You actively support S/4 HANA cloud transformations, continuously optimize and innovate existing solutions, and identify new technologies to improve structures and processes in transportation logistics.
• You guide and consult business partners in requirements gathering, communicate intensively with stakeholders to support change management, and document new solutions to contribute to product roadmap definitions.
• You take an active functional lead role during project planning, customizing, testing, and go-live, closely collaborating with consultants, developers, testers, key users, and vendors, while driving the implementation of logistics systems.

Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field and have extensive expertise as a supply chain IT consultant, implementing SAP transportation and freight solutions or integrating other transportation solutions with SAP (E2E).
• You bring solid S/4 HANA ERP experience and a good mix of business process and IT knowledge, making you a valuable team player in complex projects.
• You have excellent communication skills and take responsibility for guiding team members and business partners toward high-quality and sustainable solutions.
• You are experienced in using various project management methods and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Project, with initial expertise in agile methodologies.
• You are fluent in English, ideally have German skills, and are willing to travel occasionally to Knauf sites across all continents.
