Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Solutions’ implementation and support team: to ensure successful delivery, B2B/B2C integration mapping, and ongoing support of the organization’s IT solutions portfolio across internal and external customers.
• Assigns subject matter experts and self to work on the implementation of IT solutions to meet business requirements, including gathering requirements, selecting solutions, converting legacy systems and data, designing solutions, and training IT operational & technical staff.
• Prepares and submits implementation documentation such as solution proposals, cost models (pricing), functional requirements for IT solutions development, training manuals, and supporting documentation. Other documents include customer background questionnaires, project charters, customer acceptance documents, etc.
• Works closely with IT project managers locally and regionally to ensure proper resource allocation and project performance according to expectations.
• Supervises staff, sets objectives, appraises, and supports subordinates to achieve high levels of individual and team performance aligning with department and customer goals.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders across other business units and operations.

Minimum Requirements

• University Degree in IT discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in logistics, including warehousing, distribution, and multimodal transportation within a global organization, with exposure to IT solutions development in macro environments.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations of varying sizes and budgets simultaneously in high-pressure environments effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
