Responsibilities
- Acquisition and placement of office space
- Customer acquisition and customer retention for office space inquiries
- Qualified handling of rental requests and single assignments up to contract signing
- Analysis and evaluation of objects
- Organization and execution of viewings
- Creation of offer concepts and client presentations, including execution
Qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent studies
- Several years of experience in a sales-oriented approach with commercial real estate, particularly affinity to the office real estate market
- Convincing / negotiation secure appearance and communication strength
- Entrepreneurial mindset and team player mentality
- Excellent German and MS‑Office skills
