Overview

  • We only accept applicants residing in Germany or Austria (Lindau am Bodensee & surrounding area or Bregenz & surrounding area or Frankfurt & surrounding area) who currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.
  • 2 days home office possibility per week
  • Salary: € 100,000 - € 130,000 gross per year

Your profile

  • Completed studies in business administration, finance, business informatics or a similar field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable position in the fintech, blockchain or stock exchange environment
  • Initial management experience is an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of DLT, TSS and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
  • Strong leadership, communication skills and a results-orientated working style
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex challenges
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Tasks

  • Develop strategies: Plan and implement business strategies that enhance efficiency, growth, and competitiveness.
  • Optimize operations: Oversee and improve day-to-day operations to deliver top-tier results.
  • Lead teams: Build and manage a high-performing team, nurturing talent and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential business risks in a highly regulated industry.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the board and departments like Compliance, Tech, and Marketing to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure compliance: Ensure that all regulatory requirements are complied with (e.g.: DLT-TSS)
