About the role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Leader (Mid–Senior level) to drive the impact of our campaigns across Germany and the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the performance marketing strategy, ensuring effective execution across countries and business units.
- Act as a strategic partner to both the global marketing team and sales leadership in Germany and EMEA.
- Contribute insights, data, and best practices to the conceptualization and design of global and regional campaigns.
- Oversee the development, launch, and analysis of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Define and track marketing KPIs with the data/BI team, embedding mechanisms for continuous performance improvement.
- Monitor and manage global and local budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strict ROI control per action and market.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and high-impact investment.
- Safeguard brand consistency and message alignment across all touchpoints.
- Establish scalable methodologies, processes, and tools to raise the organization’s digital maturity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize business impact.
Profile Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience in performance marketing, commercial strategy, or related areas within B2B, consulting, or multinational environments.
- Proven track record of leading multicultural, multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, fast-changing contexts.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce/Pardot, Google Analytics, social and performance platforms, dashboards).
- Hands-on experience creating and executing multi-channel marketing assets (content, creatives, landing pages, emails, digital ads).
- Highly analytical and results-driven, with strong expertise in ROI management and investment optimization.
- Strategic vision with the ability to translate insights into impactful, measurable initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and German (native or C1+) – both are mandatory.
- Must be based near the office to ensure effective collaboration with regional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA strongly preferred).
