Wiethe Content GmbH is a leading content agency in Europe, serving clients like adidas, Zalando, P&C, and more. We specialize in photo, film, and CGI, creating cross-media content tailored to target audiences. Our main studio is an 11,000 sqm facility in Bremen with approximately 200 employees.

We are seeking a Creative Director Foto (m/w/d) for our Bremen studio, available immediately.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading creative teams for premium and lifestyle clients
• Creative direction of photoshoots for fashion and non-food products (location + studio)
• Managing the entire creative process from briefing, idea development, to execution and client presentation
• Developing and evolving the premium visual language
• Overseeing the entire creation process from conception to final images
• Quality management of the creative process

Our Expectations

• At least 5 years of agency experience in a creative environment, preferably in fashion or non-food sectors
• Experience leading teams
• Affinity for fashion and lifestyle
• Strong sense of visual language, tone, and corporate identity
• Creativity and strategic thinking
• Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, resilience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Passion for creative work
