Manager Agentic AI (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Architecture and development of complex multi-agent systems orchestrating business processes across supply chain, customer touchpoints, and sales operations


• Leading technical discussions with project and product management and senior stakeholders to shape AI strategy and roadmap


• Development of performance evaluation frameworks for AI agents, including business impact measurement and ongoing optimization


• Driving adoption of advanced technologies such as MCP, A2A protocols, and Google ADK organization-wide


• Mentoring team members and establishing best practices for AI agent development

Advanced Technical Delivery

• Development of advanced AI agents for complex customer interactions and internal business processes


• Design of scalable data pipelines and analytics systems to support real-time AI agent decision-making


• Implementation of modern backend architectures using TypeScript and Python, including seamless frontend integrations


• Optimization of Google Cloud Platform deployments for scalability, performance, and reliability


• Prototyping emerging AI agent capabilities and translating research into practical business solutions


• Ensuring security, compliance, and ethical standards in all deployed AI agent systems

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in software engineering, with expertise in Python and production TypeScript environments


• Advanced knowledge of multiple agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and multi-agent system architecture


• Expert-level understanding of machine learning, data science, and advanced analytics


• In-depth experience with Google Cloud Platform (especially analytics stack such as Vertex AI, BigQuery); engineering stack experience (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus


• Background in MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring of production AI systems


• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead cross-functional projects


• Strong communication skills and proven experience in developing and mentoring technical talent


• Familiarity with emerging agent technologies (e.g., MCP, A2A) and a research-driven mindset
