Software R&D Senior Engineer (m/f/d) SOC Test Solutions

Aufgabe:

1. Develop state of the art SW for next generation SoCs test solutions with focus on highest standards for Quality, Reliability and Performance.
2. Work in close collaboration with other R&D teams, solution architects and customer experts.
3. Analyzing complex problems to propose and implement new solutions to leading edge technology problems.
4. Working with state of the art tools, development environments and realize new functionality in high quality.
5. Be a self-reliant team member, an accountable contributor and/or owner for SW modules under your care.

Qualifikation:

1. Completed studies in the field of computer science or practical experience in a similar environment.
2. Strong programming skills in C++ and Java.
3. 4+ years of professional experience in SW engineering.
4. Deep understanding of software design patterns, architecture and methodologies, profound knowledge of OO software development methods and tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, proactively seek out new challenges, bring projects to completion independently, and interact with various stakeholders in the process.
6. Experience in applying agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Test Driven Development, etc.).
7. Fluent in English.
8. Innovative, creative and like to think outside the box.
9. Ability to work in a global team with a high level of personal responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Fluency in German is a plus.
2. Basic knowledge on GIT, JIRA, Eclipse.
3. Good Linux / Unix knowledge.
4. Good understanding of ICs / electronic measurement technology.
5. Python and/or other scripting languages.
6. Customer and/or cross functional working experience.
