As a Global Procurement Risk & Compliance Lead (m/f/d), reporting to the Supplier Relationship Management Senior Manager, based in Blieskastel or Obernai, for a permanent contract, you will:

• Design and implement risk management frameworks aligned with regulations, business goals, and procurement best practices.
• Define guidelines for contract strategies ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and contractual standards.
• Establish governance structures for decision-making on procurement risks and compliance.
• Develop compliance monitoring protocols and systems to ensure supplier adherence to standards.
• Create visibility on risks through metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Support sourcing teams with training, tools, and guidance on risks, compliance, and governance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, ESG, and Supply Chain teams to align on risk and compliance initiatives.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Law) with 5+ years in procurement or sourcing roles.
• Proven expertise in supplier risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Strong legal and contractual awareness, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with an international outlook.
• Experience in developing frameworks, managing change, and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, accountable, results-driven, with process improvement skills.
• Financial understanding, customer orientation, and networking abilities.
• Fluent in English; German and/or French are advantageous.
