Overview

Site Manager is responsible for on-site management of the construction site, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality implementation of all work from delivery to commissioning. You will actively support the project manager in planning, setup, execution, scheduling, cost control, and reporting. You will coordinate and supervise construction and electrical work, plan resources, and ensure availability of tools and materials. You will be the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will lead trades, service providers, installation teams, as well as crane and transport companies, provide clear instructions, and coordinate processes. You will strictly adhere to safety, environmental, and technical requirements; risk management including documentation.

Responsibilities

• You take on-site management of the construction site: ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality implementation of all work from delivery to commissioning.
• You actively support the project manager in planning, setup, execution, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
• You coordinate and supervise construction and electrical work, plan resources, and ensure availability of tools and materials.
• You are the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• You lead trades, service providers, installation teams, as well as crane and transport companies, provide clear instructions, and coordinate processes.
• You strictly adhere to safety, environmental, and technical requirements; risk management including documentation.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• You have a technician or master\'s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, a technical education in mechanical engineering or electrical field, or equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of experience in construction site management, preferably in wind energy or similar large projects.
• You are proficient in MS Office (MS Project advantageous) and fluent in German/English, comparable to B2 level according to CEFR standards.
• You are organized, assertive, solution-oriented, independent, and a team player.
• Willingness to travel mainly within Germany and possibly to neighboring countries Austria, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Luxembourg is required.
• You are willing to work every other Saturday.
