What you'll do

• Refine and expand the enterprise architecture to support the organization’s global growth, ensuring IT systems and platforms align with a fully global business model.
• Lead efforts to consolidate and streamline enterprise and industrial solutions, eliminating silos and redundancies to enable consistent and efficient global operations.
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide architecture principles, governance models, and standards to ensure compliance, adaptability, and interoperability across regions and business units.
• Collaborate with global and regional leaders to align architecture decisions with business priorities, supporting transformation initiatives with strategic oversight and leadership.
• Promote the adoption of modern, scalable architectures and lead technology evaluations to enhance global agility, innovation, and resilience.

Who you are

• Several years of experience in enterprise architecture supporting global operating models combined with strong leadership skills in a multicultural organization.
• Demonstrated success in leading architecture for organizations undergoing significant globalization and transformation, with expertise in frameworks like TOGAF and platforms such as SAP.
• Deep understanding of data strategy, platform scalability, security, and regulatory compliance in complex global environments.
• Strong ability to engage stakeholders across business and technology, fostering collaboration and alignment at all levels.
• Experience embedding architecture as a driver of global operating models, scaling systems across regions, and sustaining transformation momentum in shared services and cross-functional governance environments.
