Your tasks

• As a product and project manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle of a product or product portfolio.
• Carrying out market analyses and identifying trends, customer needs and competitive situations in the e-mobility environment.
• Development and cross-functional implementation of market strategies based on sound data analyses.
• Development and implementation of product strategies to optimize the product portfolio and tap into new customer groups.
• Creation of business cases and product roadmaps, taking into account market requirements and technological developments.
• Working closely with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and sales promotion measures.
• You will manage and lead cross-functional automotive (sub)projects from conception to series production as required.
• You will always keep an eye on the successful implementation of the requirements set out in the specifications, such as deadlines, budget and quality, and report regularly on the project status.

Your profile

• Professional experience in product management, ideally in the field of electromobility or charging infrastructure.
• Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, economics or electrical engineering.
• Sound knowledge of market analysis, product development and lifecycle management as well as (initial) experience in project management.
• Confident handling of IT systems (MS Office, MS Project).
• Experience in certifications of electrotechnical products (e.g. with VDE, UL, CQC) is a plus.
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent team and communication skills as well as assertiveness and the ability to work on cross-functional projects.
• A certain willingness to travel, e.g. for customer/supplier/trade fair visits.
