Overview


**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Senior Web Developer to support our government customer requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Essential Job Duties

  1. Lead website management support, oversee web design and development using markup languages and scripting, and ensure website quality and security.
  2. Manage website changes and assist in the full lifecycle development of portal applications, contributing to user interface and database design.
  3. Develop consistent website information architectures with engaging user interface features.
  4. Manage and mentor subordinate personnel.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 12 years’ experience.
  2. An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
  3. DOD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) 621 Certifications: CSSLP or GSEC or equivalent.
  4. Plan, direct, or coordinate activities related to program and project management support.
  5. Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for IT projects.
  6. Support the development and maintenance of program management documentation, such as the Program Management Plan (PMP) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  7. Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
  8. Contribute to the development and implementation of the TO management portal.
  9. Analyze project progress, financial data, and risks to provide insights and recommendations.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
  11. Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  12. Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.

Work Environment

  1. Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
  2. Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700.
  3. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  4. Contractor personnel may be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
