Responsibilities

• Independent planning and optimization of daily routes
• Technical and personnel management of drivers
• Design of deployment and tour plans, 25-30 tours per day
• Ongoing review and optimization of logistics processes
• Ensuring the operational readiness of our trucks
• Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, permits, and standards regarding driving and working hours
• Point of contact in daily business for our customers

Profile

• Completed commercial training, high technical understanding, and interest in commercial vehicles
• 5-10 years of professional experience in a logistics-related company
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and hands-on mentality
